Are all of the articles that are scraped more than 500 words? Or do we just keep pressing "scrape article" until we get something that looks longer than 500 words?

We do not have a word count on our scraper. You can keep hitting scrape until you find an article that you like.

We have been seeing some 400+ bookmarks per project. The number usually is between 120 to 400+ per day. We have several other platforms in the works so we will be increasing our database size greatly very soon.

Please keep us updated on this. I only had one bookmark (and now am in the middle of a 3 day blast) so far, but I'm not totally sure how the 3 URLs works. Normally I only have 1 or 2 URLs to bookmark with the Title/Description.

Also, note that it's been very popular to Xrumer Social bookmarks lately. Maybe make that an automatic option. See Jbern's case study and others.

Yes we scrape from directories. Very specific keywords will not produce many results. We recommend using related generic terms. For example. if you are targeting "pink flower baby girls comforter bedding" try scraping for "baby bedding" and then work your links into that article.


I missed the question from hungryim earlier about the spinner spinning your links. It is NOT supposed to touch your links but to be sure you should always preview if before hand AND click the links in the previewer to make sure they work. Take 10 seconds and check them before you schedule the project.

Has anyone had experience with using BLG to rank subpages for semi-longtail terms? I'm thinking that setting up three day projects for all the longtails I want to rank for would be a pretty good way to take over the SERPs.

Prolly gonna get the trial and test it out anyway, but if anyone has any thoughts (owners included) that would be great.

We have around 30 web 2.0 sites in our stable. No you cannot choose which ones since we attempt all of them everytime. "It's kinda like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get." But you get at least the minimum amount.

The image scraper is a done deal. Already have it coded up. Just have to get it into the system. Oh there's a video scraper ready to go too. Should be integrated shortly after we get through the new site launch.

Yes we have had good results with longtail keywords. Many times we held 30 out of the top 50 spots.

I will make an official announcement once we have everything set up. The email was just to give our current users a heads up and let us take care of them first. If you are a current user and did not receive an email about the new changes please let us know by using the contact us for on our site.

Any current users who would like to keep their current pricing. (if you caught one of the deals) then you do nothing at all. You will automatically be transferred to a premium account. Naah, we are aiming to piss anyone off. We are just trying to add more value for our users. At the end of the day that is what any business is all about. More valuable product/service = more bang for your hard earned $$$ = happy customers.

We have listened to our user base and are addressing the major issues they have told us about. This is just the first step of many to come. So if anyone gets mad now in a few months they will really be pissed.

sergit you are right I cannot find that username in our DB. We did clean our DB of accounts that were inactive for 3 months a week or so ago. Perhaps your old account was included in that sweep. I am not sure how long it was since you last used the account. Anyway you can simply sign up for a new account with the same name and it will be just fine.
