Refund?

So, if you decided not to pay the OP, why don't you refund the money back to the advertiser? At this point, you're the one that's doing the stealing if you don't provide the money to the publisher NOR the advertiser.

You're a cheap network.

Why would a refund to the advertiser be required? Did you read the thread? Do you have any idea what its about?
