Hey guys - thanks for all your feedback, We have been working hard trying to make as many people happy as possible. I should be accepting another whole batch of people tomorrow afternoon - just wanted to make sure we are all caught up on the bugs before we let more in.

We are in the process on implementing a huge set of new features based upon all the popular requests from you guys. Ill post that entire list up here soon. I really think these features will bring the interface to an entirely new level.

To answer some questions:
@JFresh- RE: Cj is one of those things that keeps getting pushed back on our list. We hope to have that good to go by end of the week.
RE: Design and interface: We have our designer doing a total revamp of the layout, to make things appear a bit more *simple*. Its a big interface, so its quite a complex task! :)

@RayHanz - I think I answered all your questions via AIM today. Let me know if you are still having problems.

Are you guys having issues with self hosted ( Rackspace ) pulling stats from networks ? I keep getting a pop up that has an error message , I placed a support ticket on it .

Timing of stats , I am on EST time and when looking at stats i see a difference of what i expect to see , what time zone is this based off of , any way to change that ?

Here are a few suggestions

Spy view and some type of analyze view ( I know that it has been requested )

A way to set up Multiple Accounts per network , not a huge deal I just have a few networks that I have 2 accts .

A way to manually input cost daily , Possibly have a way to upload networks reports in excel or have a set standard for bulk upload . I run mainly PPV traffic , So it would be useful, I would be happy to see cost at campaign level , Keyword/url would be great but I am sure that they may be a more difficult task . Even worst case at the network level would be nice . If you need any examples of reports or what not – PM me and I will help out . You guys are doing a great job. Thanks
 
Sorry if we haven't let anyone in the past few days. We REALLY want to make sure we are all caught up on the bugs before we start letting more people in. This is to prevent multiple people reporting the same bug. This is mutually beneficial because it means less potential problems for you guys :)

@buckeyefan - yes we are aware this will be fixed shortly.
 
So how do the API calls work for the standard version? Are these renewed on a "calendar month" or are the renewed monthly on the date I registered?

Should I not stay logged into my account if I don't want all of my API calls eaten up?

I only got 276 calls left for the month.

I have -651 left. Not sure how that works...
 
There was a bug in subtracting API Credits so we manually reduced all non-premium members who had an adwords account installed. Shoot me a PM if you are really low and ill throw you some calls to compensate. We get charged from Google for these API calls, so wanted to make sure we dont get hit with another huge API charge.
 
Question for everyone (Ryan- if you'd prefer to keep these off the board let me know- figure though it might be easier if others can help/share on here and perhaps someone reading with the same question gets it answered and keeps the load off of you guys).

Using the offer rotator.

I want to split test the same offer from two networks, one is integrated with Bevo the other isn't.

Is there an easy way to do this and assign different payout values if the payouts are different?

Second: once a rotator is setup I can't figure out how to edit this, I only see how to create a new one or select it from the dropdown. Can these be edited after creation? (Say for instance to edit the % of traffic going to each offer from 50/50 initially to 90/10 or something)

I couldn't find this either. If you go to keyword tracker and hover over "overview" and click on "offer rotators" you can edit them there.
 
Sonny - Powell said it perfectly KWTracker---->Overview--->Offer Rotators. You can edit the ratios on that page. Payouts of the offers are based on the way you ping the conversions to your interface. If the network is installed, you shouldnt have to worry about amount. If you are using pixel/postback, then just edit the payout price on the pixel. If you are doing manual subID upload, you can just input the price as you are manually submitting the subIDs.

I'll work on making this clearer to more users on the interface.

What you are talking about with rotating an offer from a bevo featured network, and an offer not from a bevo featured network should be easy. Just place a pixel or do postback with the "non-featured network" offer.

when do you guys plan on letting people in? I just moved my tracker domain to a vps and initially wanted to try out bevo on the new server but if you guys are gonna keep the door shut i'll put off waiting and throw up 202 instead...
 
Signed up as well. Waiting for approval. This sounds very promising, more so than prosper 202.

Agreed. I have multiple accounts with different networks will that be split out?
 
So whats the deal on approvals? PMed you Ryan, posted in another thread...this is kind of ridiculous.

And everyone else, we are just waiting until we are caught up on every bug before we start letting people in again. We want users to have the best experience possible the first time they use our system, so it's only for your own benefit. I am also in the process of hiring a handful more tech guys to make sure we can make as many people happy as possible. :)
