@DKPMO - Just accepted a bunch more right now.
Selfhost giving Internal Server Error is usually related to .htaccess -- either enable mod_rewrite, or try commenting out lines 2+3 of the .htaccess file (starting with php_value, add a "#" to the beginning of the line, so it looks like "#php_value") -- they're not required lines, they just attempt to reduce the number of PHP variables you have to configure. ~90% of people should already have the values set correctly.just tried to install self hosted version on a wiredtree vps, in a sub-folder. Did the whm/permissions fix, install said "success" but when i clicked "here to login" it brought me out to the root domain, with the sub-folder omitted. When i went to the domain.com/subfolder/ where bevo should be located, I get an Internal Server Error. Any idea how to fix? Looks like the perms on index.php are 755 already so I'm not sure why it would throw an error.
You need the PHP zip extension installed. Hit me up with your server OS and I can get you specific instructions. While technically optional, this is used for the install process, and also automatic upgrades. Without it, you'd probably have to reinstall bevo and wipe the database every time we release a new version, because the automatic upgrade process handles DB table migrations.anyone else having the initial check for zip extension failing?
I'm sure this is my server config or php default config, but in case anyone has any suggestions to try I'd be game.
Just got approved.....this is the shit. props to you guys for the 2 years you put into it. I will try to get it set up with wired tree at some point and will let you know if I get any errors or bugs when testing it.
Awesome customer service so far on my end.
Thanks Ryan!
