I have a few questions:
1) Can you do any smaller packages? Like a 5,000 blast?
2) When you say to provide multiple URLs with keywords, does that mean it can be different websites entirely (with different domains), or do you just mean different webpages on the same domain with different keywords for each page?
3) Do you recommend using a subpage to target a keyword (e.g. www.example.com/page/) or just the main page (e.g. Example Web Page) ? If you choose a subpage, will that help the main page rank high in Google for the keywords as well? What is the best strategy?

Not at this time, but we have something for that down the road a bit.
Either way is fine.
The best strategy, imo, is a URL where the URL includes the keyword,
the page's Title includes the keyword, and the keyword is anchored on
the page. To that end, I almost always use a sub page since it's easier
to meet those criteria.
If your sub page links to your main page with your desired keyword, which it
should, then it will be casting "a vote" for your main page, so yes, linking to
sub pages does help the main page.
