As far as the thread goes, Shoemoney totally just Anderson Silva'd his way out of the Jon Jones fight. Having said that he is a nice dude, and its nice that he came out and posted an update himself.

Good for you for posting this yourself with advanced notice - I believe that's a pretty legit reason for not doing it in January. Health should always come first.

I think you should offer to donate a good junk of money to a charity of Barmans choosing though - because no fight is disappointment and you can afford it.
