Everyone added to the waiting list. We should be ready to open in 2 days. First, some updates:
1. We're going to be completely clearing the queue of any backlinkarena packages/heavy hitters following the next 3 days (including today). We are sending out about 20 reports today, 15 tomorrow, and the rest will be done on thursday.
2. I'm not sure how this is going to work at first, but when we open this back up, we are going to limit 10 orders per day to be ordered. That means after the 10th order is ordered, the form will be cut off until the following day. Everyone will be alerted when the form is cut on and cut off. We are doing this for several reasons:
1. We can deliver 10 packages per day, on time, which will eliminate the wait you guys had to go through at first.
2. Efficiency for our team. We don't have to rush to get them out, so quality will remain high.
3. While we work on semi-automating this package, this will give us the time we need to get that ready, which we will then be able to handle twice (20 orders per day) that number.
It's gonna be first come, first serve. Everyone who requested to be added on the waiting list will receive a PM of what time the form will be back online, since they get *dibs* first.
