Happy President's Day - Today's deal is 300 Tier 3 blogs for the silver package and 150 Tier 3 blogs for the bronze package.
I'll also throw in 2,000 total blog comments (1,500 extra) for the silver package and 1,000 total blog comments (750 extra) for the bronze package!

Delivery - 7/10 - Took a while but there is alot of links, so not too bad, it was about 8-10 days, around what OP stated. I am use to faster delivery though.
Results - ?/10 - Just received report. OP states may take 2-3 weeks to see movement, maybe sooner, however, many of links need to get indexed.
Links - 8/10 - Majority of links are active, hubpages already deleted the content. However every other link I checked was there, I personally know how strict hubpages so no big deal IMO.
Online Report - ? - OP stated there was too many links and as a result, the online interface was not working. Everything ended up being delivered via a link to a txt file, so for those who order this service just for this feature, you may want to ask OP first if he has fixed this.
Understanding - 10/10 - Great guy, understands what you want and knows what he is doing.
Would I Order Again? Yes. Its a great deal all links are there. He delivers.
Overall - Hard to say. Once I see results I will be back with my overall review of this service and will notate any serp changes. (note: it will be hard to determine because I've done some other work on the site, nevertheless, I will report back)
