I am not sure what made you think so but You can see 1000's of people doing Article Marketing and Doing Submission for SEO purpose. If its not good for SEO then why everyone is going for It?
Check DP and Other Forums you will get many people providing such service and asking for such service.

I have personal Exp after 1 Article Submission my keyword SERP jumped to 13th Position from 67th.

Google will not consider anything bad about your site. If Article Directories are accepting articles means they are taking the content. And You will get Backlinks from That Article, The copied problem is of article directory not your. You are not posting articles on your sites or blog. Article Directories work like this.

No one can afford 100 unique Submission in 100 Dir as it will cost him several 100 dollars.
Article Submission is essential part of article marketing.

Update to All Buyers ​
I Have Refunded all Payment received from Buyers because of Paypal strange Behavior. The First Person was 070707 and Paypal refunded his Money Saying Below Quoted Msg.
We reversed this payment because we have stopped allowing personal payments to be sent to or from India.

If this was a payment for a purchase of goods or services, and not a personal payment, then you may contact the buyer and have him or her resend the payment as follows: (a) click the Send Money tab, (b) select "Goods," and (c) provide a shipping address.

If this payment was a personal payment such as a gift, then we have requested that the sender find another payment method until we restore personal payments to and from India.

We are trying to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and we're sorry for any inconvenience.

Infect all payment received from 1st Feb Onwards are reversed to the Buyers. This is Problem with all Indian Paypal Users and its already created a hell lot of troubles for us.

Now I issued refund to Jondoe0069 and icemusike as i know if i dont sent the money Back Paypal Will sent it back.

How to Make Payment Now​
Due to Some bug in Paypal They are considering all Payments for Services as personal Payments so the only option to pay is Go to Payments and Select Payment for Goods and Provide Shipping Address and Please mention about the order details as note. Thats only way to pay Paypal Indian Users.
Kindly Read the Above Given Paypal mail as well to u'stand it better.

Sorry for the trouble caused but All Indian Paypal Users are facing this problem and If anyone of you belongs to India this is also useful for you.

I am sending PM to all 3 people who ordered Review Copy till now.

Paypal is creating Issues for Indian Users, You have to provide any address which they will consider as Shipping Address.

Its really frustrating us. I worked for few clients and Paypal refunded their Money and now they are hiding their faces coz they received work as well as Payment. Thats reason why I refunded every Payment myself what I receive.

Work of First Wf buyer is almost completed and paypal refunded his Money. I hope he will pay like the way I said now.
 
Hey man, sorry to hear about the all Indian problems. I will send over payment that was reversed... just let me know when this paypal deal is fixed!!
 
can i except the article be copyscaped and passed and unique,how many links re yu using in article body while submitting them
