Anyone have dark circles under the eyes and red/darkish eyes?

stop smoking so much weed and go sit in the sun for an hour a day. Sitting in the sun fixes so many things it's ridiculous

Haha oh boy, if I took a picture from today you'd see there was literally no sun today, and it was pissing down rain. Thats pretty much Vancouver Island from October to May.

And weed, I'm cutting down on for my lungs, but I've always had dark circles regardless when I used to do it every 3 months to once a day.

But yah, seems lots of peeps have this problem here. I'm going to get a blood test to check Iron levels, and then figure out shit. I'll let people know if anythings works.

Fuck - Dr. House none of you is :)

Dude if suddenly you've started getting headaches, being more tired than normal, and appearing like a zombie it's PROBABLY not nutrition. Go see a fucking doctor since you've got something wrong with your ass. Get a physical, have some blood drawn, and if it's something serious hopefully you've caught it in time.

In the mean time just eat food that doesn't come out of a wrapper. Try interesting things like fresh broccoli, or go hog fucking wild and eat an apple or an orange. If you haven't exercised since your mother pushed your ass out you might want to try that as well :)

Good luck.

Ohh by the way. Fun stuff like cancer can just be a change of appearance, energy, and small things like headaches if you need some incentive to go see the doctor.

Eat right. Get Sleep. Use Sun Lamp.

Dark circles are caused by thin skin under the eyes... it's usually genetic and nothing will help it apart from makeup. A sun tan might hide it but I don't want leathery skin when I'm an old bloke.

^^I've had this problem since I was a little kid... Went to the skin doctor once and she told me it's genetic & there's nothing I can do about it. I told her to go fuck herself, but after trying all sorts of different methods to get rid of my dark circles over the years, I'm starting to believe that she was right after all....

Actually, nutrition is exactly what the problem is. Also, whoever said he was overdosing on minerals/vitamins is extremely misinformed...I HIGHLY doubt that is the problem.

Anyway, I have no idea what's causing your problem but these things will help you no matter what it is:

1. Go to bed by 11pm, up by 7
2. Stop eating shitty food
3. Go outside for 15 minutes a day (not 1 hour)
4. Walk or exercise for 45 minutes a day

Also just do some damn research on fuckin' dark circles under your eyes. I bet you there's thousands of people who have gone through the same problem and I guarantee at least a few have found a legitimate solution that didn't require going to the doctor - who will probably just give you some latest greatest bullshit pharma-drug that will only make things worse in the end. God damn I am posting way too much about this shit tonight.

Step:
1. Turn off computer
2. Call people (women if you know some)
3. Tell them to meet you at a park, bring meat, beer and bbq
4. Show up
5. Drink beer, laugh, eat steak, talk to them
6. Get some sun ( yes, take off shirt)
7. Have sex with someone
8. profit?
9. Wake up next day cured

Dude, Only reason I'm going to the doctor is to check iron levels in my blood cause lack of iron causes circles under eyes, tiredness, and headaches which I have all three of (been a pale fucker all my life). Well I had dark circles under my eyes pretty much as long as I can remember but now I'm tired as shit and also get headaches.

Sleep, some sun, plenty of fluids first off, then supplement with vitamin D and potassium.
If that doesn't help or you still want to go the "treatment" approach, then Haloxyl, Matrixyl, and/or Eyeliss
(..or just PM me your address and I'll send you a free sample.)

I might, but thats kinda gay, I mean I just look baked/tired 24/7 and I'm tired and shit and my head kinda hurts and I'm hella pale (but I think thats genetic). I don't wanna bloat our healthcare socialized piece of shit anymore.

JK I'm just trying to turn this into a gong show I'll probably go.

Going to the doctor asap when you've had any ongoing symptom (headaches, a cough, the shits) for more than about a week or so saves the health system money by ruling out anything really nasty early on. The earlier shit is caught, the cheaper it is to treat.

It most probably has a none-sinister cause, but you're best to make sure.

My plan of attack would be:

1. Go to doctor to make sure I'm not gonna die in short order.
2. Start making changes in my lifestyle - diet, exercise, more time outdoors, smoke less weed, less fapping etc. Eventually something will fix it.

The fact that quite a few people have complained about this problem suggests it's a side-effect of sitting in front of a computer 23-hours a day eating pizza and smoking weed, so that might be a good place to start with your lifestyle-appraisal programme.

buy some chrysanthemum tea..n drink it.. traditional chinese medicine says the long term comp use causes stress to the eyes and overall bodily fatigue.. that tea is recommended

I had dark circles too and it always do appear when I had less sleep or had worked wee hours in the morning until the sun is up. There is some sort of eye cream being sold out here do not know if it does work.

I looked like 10 years older, has less energy, productivity has gone down, and headaches too. I better try the noni juice, herbs, exercise, or take vitamin D3?

I hope OP will share which advise he opt for and if it does works.

I had them too but as far as I know its just due to spending a lot of time at the PC - if you take a couple of months off, they will go away. I took 2 months off from IM to prepare for exams, and all the dark circles went away. simple as that.

In my experience... Smoke less weed, spend less time on the computer - Both of these are hard as fuck to do.

Get a tan and take a good supplement with vitamin D, potassium, and iron. Also exercise. Go see a doc if it persists.

I've got them too, but I figure I'll stop smoking weed and get outside once I'm making $2k/mo and can go party or something.

I exercise, get vitamins, and drink water too. It's just that every other waking moment is spent staring at a computer, so dark eyes ahoy.
