You guys seem like experts on nutrition. And ya'll cut through the bullshit.

So have any of you guys had dark circles under the eyes and generally reddish/murky eyes?

If so how did you get rid of this problem?

Cause seriously, this shit is getting out of hand.

Like literally, I get asked 3 times a day either

a) How baked I am
b) Why I don't sleep more
c) How baked I am

I think it might be anemia (lack of iron) cause I'm also pretty tired and have had headaches and shit recently. And am pale as shit.

I dunno maaaaaaaaaannnnn.

If anybody had the same problem did you somehow combat it or am I SOL?

I get the same thing every month or so. Try taking a few days off from the computer and TV. Trust me.

and some vitamin d3

I look like a zombie too, we are both f'd up.

everyone asks me the same questions too...

- are you ok, you look mad
- u look tired!

well my mom who is 60 yrs old and had some big bags and dark circles under her eyes says she started drinking noni juice and it cleared her dark circles.

I tried the noni juice but got an allergic reaction so I cant take it anymore.

you might want to try noni juice and let us know if that helps

I take vitamin d3 supplements everyday cause I live in the beautiful West coast and we have 4-5 months of nice weather and 7-8 months of no sun (so despressing, many a time have I considered filling my head with lead... haha jk).

Visine/Clear Eyes work wonders for the whiteness, but no the dark circles. Yo.

Your turning into a zombie bro, you need to kill yourself before you spread the disease.

Ive seen like every zombie movie, I know what im talking about.

Go see a Dr.?

I might, but thats kinda gay, I mean I just look baked/tired 24/7 and I'm tired and shit and my head kinda hurts and I'm hella pale (but I think thats genetic). I don't wanna bloat our healthcare socialized piece of shit anymore.

JK I'm just trying to turn this into a gong show I'll probably go.

Reading quickly about it, says that noni juice has high iron content which is what might be causing this problem. I'm going to first try what jeffrey said along with just taking iron supplements/eating high iron foods. If that fails I'll try some noni juice.

And yah prob hit the doc up for a blood test yo, check to see my iron levels (see if I have anemia).

But yah if you can't take that juice, consider goin to your doctor and getting your blood tested for iron/red cells, or just take extra iron supplements for a while and see if it gets better.

Ooh, and also I just googled some shit, and I have those white specks on my nails which can be caused by a fucked up liver which can also cause dark circles.

So many options!

Fuck that sucks but, AIGHT, want me to broadcast it on cam?

Pm for link to stream. Taking votes on how to kill myself now.

Actually, I did strangely enough. It all got cured once I started using a Neti pot. Essentially it's your sinuses that cause baggy/zombie eyes because they are inflamed with all he shit going up your nose. Can't say it will work for you but sure did for me.

I was kinda rundown for the past few months. And then I switched...

to children's Flintstones vitamins with iron. Srsly.

They are pretty fuckin sweet and gross but chewin one of those bad boys everyday has simply transformed me.

No worries about them not being digested and just passed; 'cause hey -- you chew em.

op give it a shot -- and maybe crank out some daily push ups too.

For tiredness, I heavily recommend pink grapefruit juice. Tropicana do it. It's weird at first (I've never liked grapefruits much without loads of sugar on them) but you get into it pretty quickly. It wakes me up better than coffee, and there's no crash & it's better for you.

Ask for a vitamin D test too, if you're pale as shit chances are you're severely deficient in D. My level was under 20 and it's meant to be between 60 and 160.

I have the same dark baggy circles under my eyes and I have found that....

1. Some cardio can reduce it significantly.

2. I believe it is def allergy/sinus related. I'm gonna try the neti pot suggestion.

3. Getting a sun tan completely solves this problem.

4. NEVER rub your eyes no mattar how bad they itch, this compounds the problem BIG TIME.

5. It has nothing to do with smoking da greenery from what I can tell.

From his explanation it seems that he has simply been staring at a screen too long.

I'm no medical expert but it could be over-dosage of vitamin / mineral supplements. Doesn't have to be a deficiency of something every time. I'd recommend getting off ALL your supplements for a couple of months, get a better diet and stay off the herbs.
