You took the words right out of my mouth. I noticed that almost his entire cast is either bollywood sidekicks or C-grade actors.

The whole movie revolving around a poker game where Spy with girl standing behind him has to read Bad Guy's (with messed up eye) bluff...have I seen that before? Oh yeah.

$20 says Singhal uses chick to distract poker players, since he is basically recreating Casino Royale. (even has a black guy foot-chase scene)
 
I'm gonna be honest, that production is better than a good fucking percentage of all B movies released straight to DVD these days. Don't be hatin' guys.

It's an huge budget. Most indie productions couldn't afford these costs for a 3 minute spot.
Locations, actors, cars, stunts, explosives, FX,... about $100K budget IMO.
