Amazon, Facebook, Ebay or Google?

Which company is in the best position to profit over the next decade?

I think Google has the strongest position. Being able to archive content and present it via search is extremely valuable and hard to replicate.

I think Facebook has lots of room for growth.

I think Amazon will continue to do well.

And I think Ebay is the weakest but should hang in there.
 
Remember the internet, for people at these companies levels, is not a zero sum game. For Facebook to continue to grow it does not need to oppress Google's growth in a significant way. People get caught up too much in who will be #1, although I know that's the point of this thread so I'll digress.

True, but they are publicly traded and need to be seen to outperform their competitors.

Thus any market 'they' are in is one 'we' need to be in too.
 
Intentionally bumping this old thread for the people who terribly argued in favor of Facebook :)
 
Yep, It'll be interesting to see if the poll starts tilting in favor of Google today... For the record G is at 31 today and FB at 33.
