Where is this information coming from? The news yields no results.
 
I actually heard its a $150k fine for the first rebill processed, then $1.5 million and 1 human sacrifice for each thereafter. I read this on Google.
 
I got a call from clickbooth telling me to kill links and that their pulling their rebill offers in regards to mastercard and that visa might come out with something tomorrow.
