call them. Find affiliate networks that you think you would be a match for and call them up and ask to speak to the advertising department. No one is going to take you seriously if you send an email.

I would call/ring every affiliate network/company I could find/unearth and stop posting/wasting time.

In a lot of cases, it really just depends on the product. I'm always quick to respond to my emails, sort through the BS, and pass them on to my boss if they're legit. We don't pass up on good business.
