It's taking me a little while to get the right plug ins for my page so that its set up the way I want it to be with stuff like social buttons and tracking.

once I've got the right combination of plug-ins I'll be ready the next time I want to open a new site. It'll be a breeze next time.

sucks I used wordpressdirect to do this for me.
 
Using the concept of having a 'singular focus' I bought a huge calendar and put it right behind my computer where I work.

on that calendar I designate every other day towards doing the things that will bring me in the money the fastest.

3 days a week I focus only on doing whatever my current plan is for driving traffic. whether is writing articles and submitting them to ezine or w/e. thats the only thing I do for those days.

2 days of the work week, and one day of the weekend is designated to posting and reading stuff on the forums, serving them with whatever I can serve with. Slowly building up a reputation for myself. I'm not promoting my site yet because I want to gain respect and trust first. Then I'll put a link my sig. I'm learning a lot!

This is pretty fun!
 
So I'm still coming up with new ideas on how I can earn money through this site.

new strategies are coming to mind and I'm scrambling to write them all down. My focus is to do the thing that will bring in money the fastest.

My currently employed idea was to make money mainly through adsense. But thats not going to bring in money in either quickly or in quantity.

I'll leave the ad sense and keep driving traffic, only I'll add a new marketing ploy. I'll spend more time writing product reviews on my blog.

I bought a book on selling, and I figured it would be a great opportunity to practice what I'm reading. I've already written a few pages of ad copy on my other blogs, but thats not even scratching the surface.

Each review takes time to write. Research and lots of thought. I've already gotten an idea on how I'll gather insider information, I'll execute these plans tomorrow.

I feel like I'm having trouble organizing my time, and I guess its because I still don't really know what I'm doing. It would be helpful to take some time to set a strategy in stone, break it down into its actionable parts, and the organize those accordingly. I'll have to do this tomorrow before I take any more steps because I hate feeling like I don't know what I'm doing, or that I may not be doing what I'm supposed to be doing.
 
I want to be constantly talking to a group of people who are obsessed with becoming millionaires and are doing everything to make that happen.

I used the stuff I learned from two books I've read recently, but I'm sure it can use some more improvement.
 
revised my ad copy with a checklist of ideas I thought would be useful. It looks nice, been getting compliments on the formatting. But I don't give a fuxx about about. I wanna know if it'll selllllllll.

Now that I don't currently have any other ideas to employ on this written sales presentation I'll start to work on a means to massive traffic driving.
 
I've divided my work up into 4 sections of work.

1. absorbe info (learn)
2. write
3. gather following
4. drive traffic

I'll spend 2 hours on each section every day.

When the site starts producing money I'll invest it into streamlining traffic generation to free up my time.

At that time I'll be able to work 6 labor hours each day instead of 8 without neglecting anything crucial.

Or

I can keep spending 8 hours of time working, but in three areas instead of 4.

I'll see where this takes me.

When I've established some cred I'm gonna find some willing bloggers who'll start a blog network with me. That really helps with putting traffic generation on auto. Thats how I maintain my enlightenment blog (noncommercial)
 
you're putting a lot of work into this journal...sounds like you have the motivation, the key is not to burnout with building...that's why its always better to buy something that is already built with low traffic...but if you don't have the funding...you gotta go through it the hard way...keep at it.

@ jannat8 - Its for me and anyone who can get something from it. It honestly does something to my brain. its like bringing my thoughts into 'the light' to see where I'm making dumb excuses. When I take something public it forces me see how sincere (without cracks) my effort and work is.

You bet I'll be posting when I'm a super aff ;)
 
I'm trying to create a store in a page on my blog using amazon links.

The problem is that when I go to amazon to copy paste a link image to my page (not post) it disappears.

So, I go online to find a plugin that allows me to places these links.

I download a few different kinds and all of a sudden I'm in over my head with mumbo jumbo talk and requests for a million different kinds of 'keys'.

idk wtf is going on or why this is so complicated!

If anyone can help out that would be fantastic!!
 
YEA! I figured that shit out! 10 hours later with a couple breaks between and it is FUCKING FIGURED OUT. YES!

So basically, I downloaded a different editor for wordpress called Deans fckeditor. If you read it fast it looks like it says "Deans fuckeditor". Not really sure what fck means.

anyways... I just hit 'source' and paste my code in and it doesn't disappear. Chea.
