Hypothetical: What if that superpower never left? What if ISIS, just like Al-Qaeda, is a shadow army under CIA/US control?
Sound crazy? Why would the U.S. allow the embarrassment of having the Iraqi military, trained and funded by the U.S. - to be defeated by ISIS?
If they're such a scary boogie man, why don't we send troops in to stop them? Where do they get their funding? And no matter what the answer to that is, who controls the funding to the regimes that back them?

Regardless, why are we being trained to fear them? It couldn't have anything to do with a "perpetual war on terror" to keep the masses in a state of never-ending fear so they feel it's their patriotic duty to send their children off to fight and die for the private profit of special interests could it?
