A list of Ad Networks

Someone was asking about UK, Global Direct Media (yes it is my network!) is a CPA network that has a good handle on the UK space - or so we are told, even though a lot of our US friends say they can't understand a word we are saying.

isnt it necessary to filter out the good worthy ones from the time wasting ugly ones??
i'm ok with 1st and 2nd tier networks but i'm sure not all of them would be worth the effort to join and promote...

I've used: hydranetwork.com, adfoundry.net, neverblue.com, azoogle.com, etc and haven't had any serious problems.

Now that there are so many advertising agencies, which one (or two or three) to choose is the question..

any lists on reviews from an advertising standpoint? As in using AdBrite to advertise instead of being the publisher?

you could have reviews of different networks but you wont know what works for your offers until you've tested that source of traffic with your ads/product offering.
