A list of Ad Networks

Very informative, but I think this list needs to be updated already.
And it would be useful to make the top 5 networks for each model. For example, I am currently looking for new sources of push traffic and such information would be useful. Can anyone share their experience?

How do you calculate network cost?

Network costs means, for any period, all direct costs, other than depreciation and amortization, associated with the provision of telecommunications services (including resold services, switching, transport, peripheral equipment components and all facilities costs) to customers of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

Perhaps I'm wrong but I haven't seen Mondiad on this list, so I wanted to share it with you.

Mondiad is an ad network offering push, native and banners(CPM, CPC), all geos, all verticals. I've discovered them last year and I only have good things to say about this company. BTW, they are the same team behind Popcash.
