A list of Ad Networks

I noticed a lot of the second tier CPA networks aren't up on that list! Any reason? I have found they work a lot harder for me a lot more personal care, almost super affiliate status for little guys or what we call newbies like myself. They give a lot more attention to there affiliates! That has been my expierence, I am looking for some feed back maybe I am missing something? Before I go and post'em I wouldn't want to direct a Newbie to a place they can get hurt and have a bad taste in there mouth. Forgive me I am a bit careful.

it would be nice to see a list of those ad networks that can be use with eachother...in other words google can be used with AdBrite as long as it's not contextual text links and so and so forth...anyone?

CPM. an impression is someone seeing the banner or whatever it is. So, 1,000 people see your banner and you get $1/cpm then you just made a $1.
