This is a great learning thread. Clyde your results are very impressive. I for one appreciate you posting all the information us to learn from.
Extremely impressive. Let me know how much per site to get a footer link on every new sitehar har
Clyde you is killin' it son.
Are you ever gonna release the updated version of your niche finder tool?
Does the existing one still work?
This is awesome man, I was the one predicting you will be broke within a short time, but I've been wrong obviously. Excellent work there man.
Did you start back linking on day 1 of the registration or did you give the sites some time to age first?
More people need to understand this ^^^^^^^
Wow, haven't had time to come on WF in a while, but damn, this is amazing! Good shit...hopefully I'll be able to get on your level.
Are you sure it's smart to use your employee's adsense accounts? At the amount you're making, each account should push 30k a year which is a lot to risk on someone else's account. Why not make a DBA and open another bank account?
Are you only trying to rank for the EMD keyword or also other long tail keywords?
Hey Clyde, great post. Some good stuff and a plan of action that you have setup. I was wondering about a couple of things:
What is your average duration from creating a site to selling it on flippa?
I know the question about adsense on multiple sites was asked, but on average how many sites do you keep per adsense account?
any wp plugins you would recommend that would facilitate automation process?
thanks dude!
You da man now dog!
How do you have these hosted?
Love how this went from "you suck" to "you rock" as you pushed ahead and proved your point.
I have always been cautious of adsense based sites due to the fickle nature of google, but the churn and flip approach seems a pretty solid idea.
Let the people who buy them worry about long term stability (eg none).
As far a niches are concerned, do you choose them purely on available domains with high enough searches?
Just a heads up.
You might want to check out this thread where a bunch of MFA sites with quality content were DEINDEXED. Make up your own conclusions, but possibly a warning.
Do NOT make thin adsense sites
When the OP started this thread about 4 months ago, there were loads of people predicting doom and failure. Now that he is making it work, people are asking advice.
The hidden lesson here is to get your thumb out of your ass and DO something. Do anything. Failure is the best teacher, but I'm glad the OP didn't fail. Sure, he could probably make more by exploring other forms of monetization, but fuggit... +rep for chosing a course of action and then sticking with it and seeing it through.
Once he has completed the whole AdSense thing, thne he can easily move into CPA, CPV or whatever and see what happens there.
^ It's not about laziness, it's about risk tolerance.
Wherever you go in the world it's those who take the greatest risks and survive who reap the greatest rewards.
Failure however brings about potentially catastrophic results, which is why it's called taking a risk.
People know this and it is why those who take great risks attract so much attention - everyone else is looking to copy it if it succeeds in bringing about great rewards.
The problem is, just because you see someone win the lottery doesn't mean you will too.
Another problem: you and a group of people are stranded on an island without any food. After a living on nothing but water for a couple of days some brave soul decides to try eating some bright-colored (read: poisonous-looking) berries growing on the island. He announces that it tastes incredibly sweet and nourishing, so you proceed to wolf down as many as you can find too. A few minutes later the first guy is dead.
Well aren't you fucked now?

I do not see it mentioned in all the pages of this thread of how you have the sites hosted?
I am interested because I am looking for information / opinions on how many of these types of sites to have hosted per plan.
This question is not about the load on the server, because that answer is more obvious, but from the perspective of affect on SEO with your similar link building strategy all shooting to sites on the same host.
You are sticking with your original plan of simply building profile links to each site through Link Aloha?
Yeah man, just profile links. 200 sites per VPS seems about right.
How many forum profile links are you averaging per day?
Al, are you using spun content or 100% original content?
