Here's my review:

Ziv delivered within a few days as usual and provided everything promised.

One thing that always concerns me about High PR links is that these guys buy up domains with PR and with the next G update they lose most or all of it, as the incoming links to that domain no longer exist.

I did a quick random check on one of the blogs used and noticed straight away that it still had at least 1 incoming live PR5 link to it. I didn't look into it any further but I'm sure I'd find more decent inbound links if I looked.

I don't know how Ziv finds all these big PR domains. I wish I could.

I can't comment on SERP results as I've got links from all over the place for this project (tough competition), but right now I'm holding steady in top #5.

I've ordered quite a lot of Zivs packages now and will definately order more of them.

I saw results yesterday from this. Had my links delivered a few days ago and my site moved from 12th to 10th yesterday. Have been doing other links too but i think this is largely responsible for the boost. kw not very easy
 
Yes -- this service absolutely works.

Had a mid-competition keyword stuck @#9 forever -- now up to #4 w/o any other seo done..

This is a sound $45 investment and enderz is a great guy to work with
