Work was done as described. The articles I randomly checked had indeed 30-40% uniqueness. There were over 20 web 2.0 properties created in case some of them get deleted.
The service could of course be improved with a different user name for each web 2.0 property and a spinning process that would vary the number of paragraphs and words, but for the money it's a real good offer.
My grade is 8/10.
