I ordered package #2. 48 hours have passed. No report received. 2 confirmation emails received. I'll update on whether this guy comes good, or... not.

Update: I now have the report, which is a straightforward list of the directories submitted to. It's early days but a few approvals are starting to trickle in, along with some rejections, natch. A few of the directory emails also require confirmation via a link. There was no explanation given for the initial delay I experienced, but all's well that ends well. This is a decent, credible service, which I would recommend.
