Our AM's don't handle publisher approvals but their contact information is listed on our contact page: https://peerfly.com/contact. If an affiliate is not approved it's because we don't feel they're right for our company based on their application. We review every publisher and we don't auto deny. :)

Seriously, what verticals are you focusing on? We are direct to advertiser or AOR on over 90% of our deals, pay weekly when quality is confirmed and our reps are solid. If you are running email we definitely have solid campaigns regardless of the data sources and domains you are delivering to.
