Here are my top 3 favorite:

This is awesome, It goes really great with just about anything.

My second favorite is a generic brand of Louisiana Hot Sauce only sold at HEB grocery stores called Hill Country Fair Louisiana Hot Sauce. Unfortunately I can't find a picture of it but it's similar in flavor to the above except a little thinner in texture.

And of course, I can't forget about Tabasco.

Louisiana, Tabasco and Franks are mass produced vinegar based cayenne pepper sauces and only barely qualify as "hot" IMO.

You need to get yourself some quality sauces to try. Mix things up a bit. Something with a little bit more oomph using other peppers like habaneros, scotch bonnets, ghosts, etc. that doesn't use vinegar as the main ingredient, if at all. The first ingredient in a hot sauce should be the peppers. Some add in roasted garlic and other veggies, spices, fruit juices, and more to add great flavour as well as heat.

I default on this stuff these days, Habanero and Scotch Bonnet based. Still has a fair bit of vinegar in it, but it's what I can easily pick up at the grocery and I go through a ton of it. It's pretty hot, and also adds a nice flavour.

I need to place an order for some Dave's, Mad Dog, Blair's, etc. Probably pick a few off the top 50 list here... Top 50 Most Popular Hot Sauces

This Dave's ghost pepper sauce looks fantastic for example. Dave's (NEW) Ghost Pepper Naga Jolokia Hot Sauce

I know we are talking sauces but this shit is excellent on anything you want to spice up.

Used Franks for a while, it's OK. I hate Tabasco because of the flavor.

For chili and whatnot I use Sriracha HOT Chili Sauce. It has a better taste and goes with just about anything, and it's fucking hot as hell.
