He needs ranking with in 15 days for keyword

Your pretty much just asking to get scammed, and in 15 days your not being realistic..

If he need ranking in 15 days try adwords.
 
I would normaly agree with you zingo but I had one of my clients that we managed to get him on the no.2 for main keyword in two weeks, but yeah I don't sign contracts for less than 6 months because it generally takes longer time.
However these keywords are totaly uncompetitive since this thread is already ranking on 2-3 positions for these keywords :)

This person obviously has no clue about SEO or the internet game in general he has a big chance of being taking advantage of buy posting this, just a general warning to OP nothing more.

Yes he is not asking much to get these kw's ranked, we are trying to make this place somewhat safe for buyers and this thread is an easy route for a scammer to come in and do business.

I bet his pm box is getting filled up with offers.

He could probably change his title tags and get to first page and nothing more.

This. A 300 profile blast with spinned keywords will do this for that site. Remove the damn post and put a static page with the keywords on the front page. Install All In One SEO plugin and activate it. Change the homepage title tag and make a solid title with the main keywords and website name. Change permalink structure to %postname%. Ping the site. Post your link at identi.ca for google to reindex it. Wait 2 weeks.

Charge your customer $750 or more. Cash the check. Relax. Or pay me for giving you this info.
