Yes I am aware that I ordered in bulk. The first date you gave me was June 20th for completion, then the second date was June 23rd, then the third date you gave me was June 30th. It is now July 4th.
I am not trying to rush you but I would at least like to get an accurate estimate of when I can expect to see this completed. If you told me it was going to take a month to finish in the beginning I would have still been ok with that.
I suggest for the future adding some time on to any ETA's you give out. Telling customers you will have the work completed in 30 days and completing the work in 25 is better than saying it will be done in 14 days and it gets completed in 30. From the looks of it you do good work and I have no problem waiting the 30 days for quality work. Longer ETA's will just make you look better in the end when the work gets completed on time or ahead of schedule.
