Sorry for the late reply Sir.I was replying few PMs.What do you mean by Business Coupons? I think you are misunderstanding Facebook Advertising Coupons for some Business coupons.
I have been selling different types of Vouchers since 2007.You can use my Coupons for either old account which did not use any Coupon before or a completely new Account.Thats what the facebook terms state.Also, i am not some Small scale supplier of Coupons.I am into long terms Deals with many Online Entrepreneurs.I receive Majority of the coupons from Hosting companies and few from Local Businesses.

Anyways, i have searched Google for what you just asked Mister and i have found out that you get a Coupon just once with every Business signup or something like that.But,like i said above, i am at a Position of supplying 3K-5K Coupons every month.So, you may rest assure that this thread does not belong to an Amateur Sir ;)

Your description of the coupon is the same as the ones you can get from the Visa Business Network. They're $100 FB coupons too and you can use them on old accounts as well. Only different here is they're FREE and they're not being peddled by some douchebag capitalizing random words.

They work but you can't use more than one on the same account.
Btw, they're not the VISA ones :)
