I understand, but don't you think calling him up and explaining the situation would be as much incentive for Dollar to call off the Legal Eagles than vanishing? If it were me, I'd be contacting all the people I owed money to daily if necessary so at least they knew I was taking the issue seriously.

Oh I agree that it makes no sense that he's ignoring Dollar and still paying him even a small amount of what's owed.

What would make sense is Dustin at least calling Dollar saying he will pay him as much as possible, and then leaving his other phone lines off so he can stiff all the other affiliates. Makes no sense to pay dollar and then ignore him, why pay at all?

Must be mentally upset i am sure. But yes he should not have disappeared. Issues come in business sometimes and one should face them rather running from them.

I don't understand how someone starts a network without a basic understanding of cash flow in accounting?

I'm sure the way the net terms are setup with the advertisers are just causing them to carry over a huge balance, a hole which is impossible to get out of without a serious cash infusion.

How you can work with those numbers and not be able to get decent business lines of credit is beyond me.

There really is no excuse other than not having a clue how to operate a business.

Hopefully dollar gets all his money. It looks like Dustin is at least manning up and getting money out to those that he owes though which makes him less of a douche in my book.

Still would be cool if he just called dollar and said "look, I know I fucking lied to you and I'm sorry, but you will be paid in full in a couple weeks" or something along those lines.

It was pretty fucked up to bring his wife into this. She did nothing, and is not part of the AM industry. Sure he fucked with you and hasnt paid yet, but what was the point of bringing his wife into this?

I am probably the only one here thats actually talked to Dustin a few times in the past few days.

I know him personally, and have done business with him before. Hes a good guy, just fucked up a bit. He HAS intentions of paying, and confirmed that with me, so hopefully he pays out soon.

Hes still in the process of getting paid from some of his other advertisers.

Ill start updating the WF community as much as I can as I get more word from Dustin. He does sign on randomly during the most random times of the day - if you see him online, try to catch a hold of him lol.
 
That's retarded. Dustin does nto need a fucking envoy to update us on his pathetic situation. It's completely inexcusable that he is not here himself - or at the very least, COMMUNICATING witht he person he owes $17k. I think I'm speaking for most people here when I say I will never do business with Dustin or CPARev.
