I don't think it's fair to drag his wife into it. She is a separate entity, after all. You have all you need with the evidence at hand.
 
There should be a WF rule to keep wives and kids off limits. Talking shit about his wife is just wrong, as she has nothing to do with this. Plus all this wife shit talking is only gonna hurt you in court, Dollar.

Very careful. You come after someone who fucked you in business and lied to you- fine. You come after someone's family, and that person happens to be me, you're going to have serious issues starting with an immediate defamation of character suit. Just because he doesn't have the money to pay you, DOESN'T mean he doesn't have any money to immediately come after you as well. And if you're lucky it'll only be a monetary attack, not some nutjob who in this market snaps and tries to get physical.

You take risks in business working with smaller people likely for more $$$ - this is one of these risks. Well capitalized companies don't do shit like this. I'll leave a few $$$ on the table to avoid some second rate toolbox and potential huge losses.
 
Hire a collections agency that has guys who eat nails for breakfast. In Florida they will go to every length required to collect your money.

Someone posted a picture of the dudes wife and I said she had chubby cheeks that I would like to bust a load into and I stand by that statement :)

I never mentioned physical harm, stalking, or anything else like that. I've seen shit in here with pages and pages of cheering with pedo bear in a pic with some womans kids, and that was cool? But, If I want to bust some babies in some ladies mouth, that crosses the line? WTF.

I guess it depends upon if you want to talk business or high school smack. Clearly your interest is in the latter.
 
I don't know, I think the wifey is fair game. There she is at a conference with a badge on. I'm just guessing but I'd be surprised if there isn't a business name on the badge that is the same as her husband's, and she is certainly benefiting from his dishonesty.

Or, maybe she's oblivious to his shenanigans? Someone call her and ask :)
