Yeah, when my mother died, a team of detectives came to the house to ascertain whether I had killed her. (This is actually normal operating procedure.)
That stuff taught me a VERY valuable lesson that I haven't broken since then. NEVER get into anything illegal, especially for profit. Plain and simple, its just not fucking worth it. Even if you're desperate to hit it big, or you think that its foolproof, doesn't matter, not fucking worth it. I'd rather be poor and free than rich and in prison.

It takes about 30 seconds on the phone with them to realize they are much, much better than you at mind games and whatnot.
Yeah, and the feds would really say it if they knew who made the book. Money trails is what they do.A couple of you need a copy of How to Be Invisible: The Essential Guide to Protecting Your Personal Privacy, Your Assets, and Your Life
Even the feds can't find the author of the book, LOL.
If you follow his instructions, there's a legal way to keep your home address invisible.
Oy. I feel like people underestimate these guys.I'm currently bulding a safe where i'm going to put all my drives and CD/DVD's with illegal content. On top of the drives i'm going to add thermite so if i ever get raided.. they wont have any hard evidence against me.

I actually asked about a similar situation in my cyber forensics class not too long ago. Even if you manage to detonate your thermite (which is unlikely), they'll nail you with 'endangering an officer'.
Because, you know, fire's dangerous and stuff.
I actually just moved back to Texas about 6 months ago after living in California for 4 years. 2 weeks after I had left my old roommate called my brother and told him that 2 guys came to the house in suits with their hands on their weapons asking if I lived there. He said I had just moved to Texas. My old roommate didnt have my new cell number either. I called the local police department where I used to live and asked if anyone was looking for me and they said no. Is there anyone else I should contact to make sure no one is still looking for me? Or just I just lay low and wait for the door bell to ring?
I have a feeling it's easier for them to find you than it is for you to find them. I'd just relax and wait for them to find ya. If they really want to, they will. However, if you think you know why they're asking for you, I'd lawyer up. And if you don't, get a good one's number, and keep it in your pocket.I actually just moved back to Texas about 6 months ago after living in California for 4 years. 2 weeks after I had left my old roommate called my brother and told him that 2 guys came to the house in suits with their hands on their weapons asking if I lived there. This is all providing the story your old roommate said was accurate. He was probably overreacting.
Haha wow. WF has some interesting guys here apparently.I don't know about that, lol... The local sheriff where I live has failed to find me and deliver a court summons on three separate occasions over the past three years.
