Just wanted to give you guys a quick update on my situation with Social Ads
Recap: Basically, they charged me for over 200 clicks that never happened according to my tracking system which tracks EVERY click, and is in real-time.
Anyways, every time I e-mailed support it would take about a day for a reply, if I even got one. They made me give them screenshots etc.
By the end of it, I had 2 e-mails going with 2 different reps. I got an e-mail this morning giving me a bunch of excuses, and reasons why they couldn't refund the money. Then I got an e-mail later in the day from the other rep, saying that there was a "problem" and they would refund a little over $50 to my card. He also said it should be taken care of now whatever that means.
Anyways, moral of the story is that they are still incredibly inconsistent with all of their procedures, so if it doesn't work once, just keep trying
As far as my campaigns, I'm up and down like everyone else. Some days I can get 1000 clicks, and others it seems like there's nothing I can do to get impressions.
The tracking does seem to be back to normal though, but I'll keep an eye on it.
