No offense man but your knowledge about the legal system seems to be derived from watching Law & Order. I do have a suggestion on how to fix that though: you should consider studying case law with a docketfish subscription sometime that is related to our industry so that you can better understand how this stuff works. Look up some of the cases mentioned in the Grunin lawsuit for example.

Believe me, a more solid grasp of how the legal system works will be very helpful for you and your business in the future. For example you'll be able to make better educated decisions when looking to hire a lawyer since you can check out his or her past cases.

Start anywhere. Myspace doesn't need to prove without a reasonable doubt, but they at the very least need prove based on the balance of probabilities that that key individuals within BCG were engaged in fraudulent activity. If they had a strong case like Facebook does, they would have been totally gung ho to do that. Instead all individuals were dismissed.

And poof? Meaning the corporate veil is pierced instantly? I'm not saying that at all. But it's certainly a nail in the coffin and it would end badly for the defendant.

Also yes I am Pace Lattin. If you're anyone in this industry, you would know who I am. But you get a free pass because from what I understand, is that you're a well respected trader rather than an Internet marketer.
