You know what would be awesome. Grunin should remove his mole, and then claim that his evil twin brother Michael Grunin is the one responsible for all of this. It's so crazy that it just might work.

Hey well Albert Einstein did say imagination is more important than knowledge after all.

Also Grunin did remove his mole, so he probably put your theory to the test. Martin is trying to assert his sovereignty in a variety of ways, and hopes one of these legal theories will stick.

Sending a check is an error in its own, if it came from him. If they do get judgement they now have an account to levy by simply sending a letter. Further more they can petition the bank for any assets. So say if he has an auto loan through them they can seize any assets, savings accounts, whatever is owned by his person.

Hopefully it was sent from his Infact Guy's account.

Judges can and will use prejudice in cases. They already made some other judge take on the case now they are just mocking him and wasting his time. Remember in the end, he is the one decides what the penalties and restitution is.

Grunnin I always liked you. Sad to see this guy getting you slapped in face. Or more like hit by a semi truck.

I'm unfortunately not a lawyer (in fact or fiction :)), so I don't really know, but you would think so, eh? Telling Facebook it's $1 million if they contact the court again regarding the case? Isn't there maybe an extortion law or two we're breaking here?
 
And since Martin signed power of attorney over to this Brian idiot, does that mean Martin can get in shit for what Brian does?
 
Wait did he really offer to settle with fb for $250? That check must have been photoshopped. All this is just wacky. No way on gods green earth would fb settle for $250. This all just have to be one big Joke on us wickedfire memebers. What Judge is going to take any of this serious. This can't end well for him.

Wow, facebook must be smiling ear to ear. What a dumbass. There's no way Costello will show in court, acting as a lawyer without a license violates something in CA.

Trying to trick them into settling is just more ammunition when they get before a judge in Federal court. That judge is going to face palm and be overwhelmed by the shear idiocy.

If you read the judges reviews online from past cases he's a complete dick, his younger brother's in the supreme court and he isn't, and he's resentful.


In Martin's offer to settle:
Upon tendering and/or retentions of the negotiable instrument, it will be the assent to the terms and conditions of the tender, thereby waiving any/all rights and claims.

Do not tender the check if respondent(s) do not agree with the stipulations herein.

The lawful authority to make such an offer arises from under contract law, failure to honor the contract will constitute a penalty of fifty ($50,000.00).

All communications are to be in writing only; all phone call(s) are two thousand ($2,000.00) dollars, per call. Do not call if respondent(s) do not agree with the terms.

If respondent(s) send back the tender without a notice of dishonor and/or through another party, the return will constitute an assent to the terms/stipulations herein, respondent(s) waiver all rights and remedies henceforth.

I'm going to have to use this trick next time I hit a border. While walking through I'll just raise my one arm above my head, and yell out, "it's ok! I'm a sovereign man and diplomat!", then walk right past immigration and customs.

Wonder how that will turn out?
 
MGrunin's best bet is to show up at the courthouse, hypnotize the Facebook lawyer with a handshake induction, and then see if he can make the lawyer think Mgrunin is Zuckerberg. And then tell him to drop the suit. BTW, if you use the idea please make a check payable to Charles Martel the Sovereign for $25,000. No $250 shit!

Yup...Martin Grunin is our teacher...
