Can you sum up what the idea is? For a non native english reader its pretty much hopeless to understand this crazy stuff when even natives struggle to clean up what he is really saying from all the nonsense.

They sent a check to FB (doesn't say the amount), asking for them to accept it to close the matter. Other than that:

1. It's $2000 per-phone call to Brian
2. It's $100,000 to send any further letters to Brian
3. It's $1 million if Facebook contacts the public court regarding this case again

Or something like that at least. I'm sure someone will correct me. Brian seems expensive. $102,000 just to send him a letter and give him a quick call.

This guy must be a hell of a lawyer in fact to be able to bill those rates!

If that will work i will drop my whole business and move my arse direct to the next university to become a lawyer like that Brian guy... Wait... I still confuse something...

So is Grunin hoping to pull something like this off?

http://www.wickedfire.com/industry-news/54607-blue-china-group-ltd-settles-spam-lawsuit-myspace.html

Blue China Group, Ltd has fully and finally settled the lawsuit filed by MySpace. The parties to the lawsuit entered into a Settlement Agreement and agreed to a Consent Judgment and Injunction to be filed in Federal Court. The Consent Judgment dismisses with prejudice all claims asserted by MySpace against Michael P. Walczak, Doru Giuchici, and Jeremia Beuhre. Blue China Group, Ltd is an entity with no assets and no current business operations, so the monetary judgment is of no concern. Blue China Group, Ltd intends to honor the terms of the injunction, in large part because it was not engaging in described activities and does not intend to engage in the described activities in the future.

The flesh is safe while the entity takes the blame.

I'm curious as to what you would declare your major?

They have really balls it up now,

The fact they have attempted to settle means they have now accepted responsibility,

Any hope no matter how miniscule this dopey defence had is gone.

In attempting to settle he has admitted fraud, I'd theft, and everything else,

Normally I would say don't bend for the soap, but tbh he should just bend and take it, it's easier in the long run. Who knows he might like it, he looks the sort.

Indeed. And that is the core of the idea. You do need not a major or any title because you simply leave the system and any relationship to it by moving to the next stage of evolution or reality - you do not need any definition in or to "the system" because you become or define a new system.

That system is flawed and illogical?
Well, if you look at religion or political believes - most are all flawed and illogical in major parts.

The base idea is to create an artifical chicken or the egg causality dilemma.
That is of course nonsense on the level we talk here about but of course you can do it when you have enough power.

If you can't successed in a system or reality at all give up or create a new one which fits. Nothing really new.

The crazy thing is not to do it or behave like that Brian guy - the crazy thing is to use it in a situation grunin is.
The only one who really lost connection to ANY reality is Grunin.

Better try it in this way...

As far as I know, that's not true.

At least in the UK if you preface your offer to settle with "Without prejudice" - means that the other side cannot use this as evidence of acceptance of guilt or use it in evidence against you in anyway. So that people do actually try and settle before a hearing.

I imagine its the same in the US, the courts would rather you settle before a hearing so wouldn't penalise people for making a genuine attempt to settle and avoid taking up court time.

Maybe grunin defense has confused and frustrated fb attorney so much that they might just be willing to settle cause they don't want to deal with this circus. Or this whole thing could end up as a criminal matter. Either way this is thread delivers

Martin's official settlement offer is linked below:

Martin Groanin's settlement

(He's hoping this all goes away with a $250 USD check he included with the settlement terms.)

This is how Martin asserts his sovereignty.

It's not immediately clear if it's the flesh or Martin Grunin Incorporated, a limited liability corporation that is offering the settlement.

My head's spinning reading all this. For you legal minds out there, can Facebook take legal action against Brian Costello for that above letter. From I see they're essentially calling that settlement offer a contract whether it's accepted or declined, despite it lacking most the qualifications of being a contract, and trying to impose financial penalties for attempting to use the legal system. Surely that has to be breaking quite a few laws that would allow Facebook or their lawyer to go after Costello personally. I can't imagine a judge looking kindly upon a party trying to impose fines upon people for using the legal system?
