Depends on what you are trying to do. Pof is great but you gotta know your audience.

For PPV I like Lead Impact, 50onRed, Traffic Vance. You can find success with other networks but when you run the volume I do you want to keep it as easy as possible.

PPC it Google or Facebook. I don't run FB CPM.

Google search only unless it mobile only. I don't mess with display.

Serious Question : Is POF working well with facebook ppc. . ?Do they even allow it ?
 
1) How do you overcome failure when it's due to a variable that is outside of your control? (Read: penguin/panda, FB TOS changes, changes to government regulations, etc)

2) How do you choose to earn money while you're waiting for your long term play to pay off?

I try to break my day up into a few simple task. Yes keep it simple. Typical day may be launch a few campaigns, then optimize a few others. Other days I do websites instead of campaigns. Just to give you a measurement I have over 300 ppv active campaigns.

Awesome question. My first advise would be to start small but pay for traffic. If it wasn't for penguin I would still be doing SEO on a grind. I would rather buy my data the rely on an algorithm.

At first it was the daily sales quota. I wanted to keep doing better. Now I want to deliver products and services that people can use. Yes that means payday loans. 40 Million Americans have credit so bad they can't even opne a checking account.
