That is a much older study than 1995. I remember reading about it in school, and I left school around then.

My favourite of these is where they gave LSD to British troops, then sent them on a military exercise, complete with rocket launchers:

^no bullshit... that exact same thing happened to me when I bought 4 hits of liquid at a big party in Wilmer's Park in southern Maryland my senior year of high school. This stupid hippy shot a fucking stream of liquid into my mouth when he was supposed to give me 4 drops.

I plugged into the network of everything, believed death was imminent, and the forest melted that night.
