Do you even lift?

how this thread made it this far without this is incredible.

My slow cooker has been essential in losing weight. Get some lean beef, pork, or chicken, sear it, toss it in with some broth, and veggies. All my meals ready for the next few days.

Gym wise I do a 4 day split - Article Details rotating the exercises every 3-4 weeks.

I was going to give unqualified unsolicited advice, but I decided against it. A success for sure. Good job on your progress so far. Staying consistent is the most important thing.

No advice is bad advice. I may not take it but I always listen...
what did you have to say?
or you can PM me.

I hope I can Bench a 150 KG and Squat and DL 200 KGs before 2013 is up...

Progress from 95kg to 150kg in one year would be massive. You have to consider your limitations and the fact that your progress will slow down at some point.

I would show you 1 Weird Tip to Increase Your Raw Bench Press Record by 1237% but I don't like to brag about my world record attempt from 2006.

Good luck bro.

Well. It's not a goal. I mean It would be nice if I can.. :-)
Hopefully the next year. I have followed some threads on BB I have seen quite a few journals with amazing progress. I am still discovering what works best for me. Like I found that doing squats 5 sets of 5 reps 3 times a week can take a toll on the knees. I will start an intermediate Strength Routine again in a few months.

Front squats are your friend.

Basically my best tip for workouts is muscle confusion.

When I hit the rack I try to make as much noise as possible, knocking the weights together, kicking my water bottle, anything that will confuse my muscles.

The next thing I do is grunt and scream as I'm lifting, this creates brain confusion and in turn creates muscle confusion.

All you bitches need to respect. Blogspotter's one of my online buds and he made some killer progress before he hurt his back. Dude's been plagued by injuries in his first year and still managed a crazy transformation in a few short months and has managed to maintain most of his gains/losses despite.

Keep at it dude, the more I get to know you, the more obvious it is that you're like a pirahna stalking its prey when you want something. Props for opening yourself up to a butchering from these guys.
