Well. It's not a goal. I mean It would be nice if I can..Progress from 95kg to 150kg in one year would be massive. You have to consider your limitations and the fact that your progress will slow down at some point.

Hopefully the next year. I have followed some threads on BB I have seen quite a few journals with amazing progress. I am still discovering what works best for me. Like I found that doing squats 5 sets of 5 reps 3 times a week can take a toll on the knees. I will start an intermediate Strength Routine again in a few months.
