He doesn't realiza yet that all the people he screwed up can now locate him.

He doesn't realize yet how close he is of getting kicked out of college.

Well the guy seems to have de-activated his facebook account, I hope someone has a copy of his friends list so they can be contacted about his shenanigans.

Maybe he's worried now.

He's removed his name from the whois ownership, but anyone can still see he owns it by looking at the history of the domain.

If he did it once, he probably spammed all victim's profiles as well. Andrew Myers, owner of isanyoneback.com is the Internet Scumbag of the year.

There's a total of 70 people in isanyoneback.com , most of them are identified with their full names.

OP asked me how he could fix this, so I gave him some advice.
