Need Legal Help - Revenge Site

Taking down the entire site right away and replacing it with an apology to all the victims, whether in text or video would be a great starting point. The site's still up though and currently causing pain.
Tempting but the force of the lesson is in compelling his own actions, even if from external impetus.
To my own surprise, the term was used quite a few years ago by a popular magazine for an article on Second Life bullying.

I completely understand your reluctance to take it down. "Success" is not found easily especially on your first website. I give you props on building something with traction relatively quickly, albeit scummy and shady. Do the respectable thing now.
What you are currently doing is ethically and morally wrong. A couple options to improve are:
- Having a process for these people to remove their information such as requesting payment
- Removing certain pieces of info that tracks back to their facebook
- Not posting their full last name or changing their name all together
- Blurring the faces and identifiable marks on the nudes (tattoos and such)
- Offer premium membership to see the full nudes
I would recommend you take the website down now and talk to a lawyer. Once you figure out your legal liabilities, then talk to others and figure out your moral guidelines to see if you can put it back up in a more respectable fashion.
Your process right now is morally wrong and I'm cheering the WF members to continue chipping away at the privacy of your life until you do the right thing.
Reformat your website/operations, stick around here and learn a thing or two how to make money using the webs. Making money in a legit fashion sits much better with the soul
