Taking 5 minutes of my break to ask this question here.
I've got some pretty crappy back pain. I feel it all day long, a dull pain in the lower left portion of my back. I especially feel it if I bend over to pick things up. Even standing upright can be a bit annoying. Sitting isn't terrible, but it can also get uncomfortable. I think you get it: my back hurts.
I've got an appointment scheduled for some physical therapy next month, but in the mean time, what are some things (stretches or general habits) you guys do to alleviate lower back pain?
