Daily Dose Of Tier 1 Links - Drip Feed With Tiered Linking

This is a new service that I just offered so I am afraid there is no reviews as yet. We are focusing on building quality tier 1s that you can leverage on for tiered link building so typically the results will not be as fast as direct links too.
As to keywords, can I provide you with a few sets of URL/keywords for tier 1 and an extra set for tier 2 links?
I can even provide in spun format so your VA would just hit generate button and one random keyword would appear. Like: URL1, {Keyword1|Keyword2|Keyword3|etc...} It would be easy as pie. I think that it also works the best since in the past I have also provided in plain format and some service providers were so lazy and used just only few ones of the whole list, too little randomization...
