Are You Building The Wrong Links?

If you haven't taken a look at your competitors backlink profiles, the answer is probably yes.

SEO isn't difficult, it's basically a case of "match and exceed".

You can observe what works, duplicate it, add to it, and come out on top every time if you are willing to put in the work.

Part of that work involves looking at the links your competitors have used to get to the front page, and trying to get as many of those links as you can.

After all, if those links got your competition get on top, why shouldn't they help YOU get on top?

People talk about finding "niche relevant blogs and forums" to post on all the time, and there's no better way to find relevant places to drop links than by looking at your competitors backlinks!

While there are plenty of tools and services available to analyze your competitions backlink profiles online, the majority of them are expensive subscription services that may be more than you need if you don't build a lot of sites, or are just starting out.

Our top 10 backlink reports consist of composite data from two major indexes (ahrefs + majestic), giving you the best possible overview of your competitor's backlink profiles. One report from each index will be generated for each of your top ten competitors, for a total of 20 "seed" reports. These reports will then be combined, filtered for duplicates and then sorted by PR, allowing you to target all of your competitor's most valuable links in order of importance.

If you are an SEO who doesn't do enough competition research to justify paying a monthly subscription for backlink data, or an SEO who doesn't have time to do the research yourself, this service can make your life a little bit easier.

We are offering 10 review copies of this report package to anyone with 200 posts and 10 iTraders for $25

Once the reviews are gone, the price will increase to $40 per report pack.

As always, PM or Skype IceToEskimos99 if you have any questions about this service.

Lionel Richie starts all of his projects with these reports, so that he's able to duplicate his competitors backlink profiles and rank faster and easier, and just look at what this motherfucker has been able to do:

If you keep building the wrong kind of links, there's a good chance your site won't rank and then you'll wind up as a freckle-faced attention whore, like this guy:

The first thing I do when I'm building links for a new site is try to get links on as many of my competitors sites as possible. If they are already ranking (anywhere) for my keyword, I want a link from them back to my site. Going through 100 pages of SERPS to look for spots to drop links isn't fun, and it isn't easy, but it pays off.

The second thing I do when I'm building links for a new site is to try and duplicate as many of my competitor's backlinks as possible. I'll look for auto-approve possibilities, relevant forums, blogs I can post on, directories I can submit to, etc.

Once I feel like I've exhausted these two possibilities, I'll start thinking about spam links and automated linkbuilding/pumper site creation, but a lot of times, it never gets that far. Anyone who's spent any time hunting down quality links will tell you that it doesn't take very many of them to move a site up, the hard part is finding them.

This service can help you find those quality links, so that maybe you can spam less, and expose yourself to less risk in the long run.

PMs sent to harry and arasca, if you guys want to grab a review, you can use the form in this thread, it's set for the review price of $25.

I still have 8 $25 review copies left.

Start linking smarter and sleep better at night.

Someone who clearly cares about building links the smartest possible way claimed a review while I was sleeping.

That means that I've only got 6 $25 Review Copies left

Somebody asked me about getting links on my competitors websites, and how I get them to stick.

One trick I like to use is the "citizen".

In competitive niches, it can be very difficult to get a link down on your competition's pages, especially if they see you as being any kind of threat or commercial interest.

So, in order to get around that I'll pick up a domain related to travel or cooking or something really pedestrian. Put 500 words of content on the front page and some pictures, and an "about me". Make it look like some citizen's travel blog, or cooking blog, or kitten blog or whatever.

After you've got your citizen blog set up, you can use that URL to get links on all of you competitors, since you are no longer a credible threat to them.

Once you've got all the links you care to get, 301 your cooking/travel/kitten blog to your money site, and enjoy knowing that you just outsmarted a bunch of webmasters who will probably never check those links again as long as they live.

Targeting competitors backlinks is something I have been saying to people for a long time. If what they did worked for them why wouldn't it work for you?

Kudos for building a product to target this--bravo :)

The idea here is to work smarter not harder.

Later today I'll be offering single reports on one competitor, and an AA check and post option, if you'd like to get a link down on all of your competitor's AA backlinks at once.

Still offering $25 review copies.

First reviews going out today.

Hi.

Are there any review copies left?

Cheers.
Mark

I still have 6 review copies available.

I've gotten a lot of requests from people to offer single-serve reports, so if you'd like to get the backlinks of ONE of your competitors, with duplicates removed and sorted by PR you can use this handy Single Serve Backlinks Order Form

It's has options for Ahrefs or Majestic, or Both, and it includes an auto-approve check and post as an addon.
