What does your network do for you?

Hey, i've been reading forums a lot and I am looking for a network to go with, but i was wondering what your networks give you to keep you running with them and happy. Is it strictly payouts and offers, or does anyone do something else for you that keeps you stickin around and happy with them? Or are these things not worth paying attention to when considering who I go with now and in the future. I've heard about different contests, bonuses, pay bumps? What do you guys think??

I most value an affiliate network with great contests, like when the prize is a trip to the middle of nowhere in canada to sit in a puddle of freezing water in a canoe with 5 other guys who have facebook fan pages about xbox 360 games.
