That's a normal rate which most people get on the ALN network. On the private network it's a bit higher at 75%. Do note one thing, when it comes to number of blogposts this high even if half of it is indexed that would still be hundreds of high PR links.

Therefore we try our best to improve indexation by using 2 different articles for each network and a high spinning rate of 80-95%. Ask around, i don't think any other provider does this :)

-500 PR1-PR6 Blogposts 1 URL and up to 3 keywords 25$
-500 PR1-PR6 Blogposts 3 URLs and up to 3 keywords each URL 60$

What is the difference between these 2 other than the number of URLs?
And how come such a huge price difference just for additional two URLs in the same set of blog posts?

I just don't quite understand it, that's all..

Yep difference is just with the amount of URLs. As with any other provider of similar service if you choose 1 URL only we will group it together with another 1 or 2 other client's links when posting (co-op). If you choose all 3 , it means you get the entire blog post to your sites only and thus allow you to promote for more sites, hence a higher price.
