i want to open a new thread in Links&seo, im ready to pay 36$ but the problem is i dont have a credit card!so i would like to send you money directly through paypal without using the plugin.. BTW my paypal is verified through bank ac

No way.. so what you have to pay for a new thread after 10 days? I don't think i get enough work to justify that.

My current thread gonna close soon. Hope a solution has been found cuz I simply cannot pay again and again. I could, but then it would just be a very huge sum. ($120 for 3 weeks). I wouldn't mind just paying something like $100 for the month or even $250 for 3 months and so on.

I hope the mods put a greater solution than the 10 day period...

Almost a month now waiting for the answer of Brandon about this 10 day rule..

I hope they will going to hear us.. Thanks guys.. :)

I don't think this is such a good idea either. I understand that it costs money to run the site on top of all the good reasons for protecting buyers, sellers, etc.

$36 every 10 days is pretty retarted. I think you are going to lose some good sellers in this move. I like to read through entire threads before I make a purchase. I don't want to go around thread chasing for closed threads to see how peoples products are working and to get answers to questions. On top of that you have sellers selling products for $5 on this site, how are they going to compete with a $100 overhead every month to have a forum thread?

I went today to look at a thread I was following and poof its closed. The thread is a way to contact the seller. What happens if they don't want to pay to renew? Now I can't leave a message for the seller on his thread which may have been helpful for other readers. Instead I have to wait for a new thread to open which I have to dig for since the last thread is closed and I have no idea if the seller will even open a new one.

Not trying to sound like a douche but this just makes everyones interaction here a lot harder, prices are going to go up across the board to compensate and you are going to end up losing buyers.

If charging your user base for posting in a public forum is going to happen then I suggest you streamline your payment structure a little better. New threads every 10 days is going to be a nightmare. Set up a monthly, quarterly, yearly plan for sellers that is reasonable. I don't think it should be $100 a month to sell here, it should be $100 a year.

World's economy is down by 1% after having these new BST rules :D still hoping things set down the way it should be.

I assume they have given up on finding a better solution. We can't go on with this 10 day rule it makes no sense for buyers or seller.

Not heard from the admins for weeks on the issue. Sure sign it's dead.

Personally the cash is not the issue it's the closing of the threads. From the initial reaction that was the issue that most people were concerned about. Would rather subscribe at $97 a month and the thread stays live until you cancel the subscription.

I think that is a bit much for me given the volume of work i get. But yeah closing and re-doing threads does nobody any good.

So now the scammers can start a thread, offer a great service for 10 days and leave the payment button in the closed thread that people can still click on and pay hoping for a service to be delivered.

Then the scammers can just collect the money and not deliver because they know the closed thread can't be posted into so no-one will be able to let anyone know that services aren't being delivered now.

Not ideal...

There is something called iTrader which can let people know whether someone is legit or not.

And my thread got closed today. Probably gonna pay again and create a new one but we are still hoping there is some kind of update soon..

I hope someone can review these changes soon. I just went to start a thread in content creation -- I'm shitting my pants at the idea of blowing my cash for little, or no return. Content creation has less than 10 active threads, with very few that have more than 10 posts at the moment.

Seems like many buyers have went south, along with the geese for the winter.
