I got it after more then a week but it is a massive work that done on it.
4 tiers isn't a simple thing to do .

Could you please clarify how many unique web 2.0 sites in total is provided by your service? E.g. for "390 Web 2.0 Properties" in Tier 3 of Package C, are those from 390 different web 2.0 domains?
 
There are roughly 40 different sites. ie wordpress.com. posterous.com, each one has a new account created on it and a spun article posted on it until reaching 390.
