They made good on this and delivered all three reports yesterday. The reports are some of the most professional I've seen. Very well organized into separate workbooks in an excel file.
The writing is better than what I usually see.
Big Downside:
Most of the article directory submissions don't have my links in them. In fact, there's a link to the OP's website instead.
Argh.

Yes, you're right about the article URLs. In fact, many of the instant approved article directories seem to strip off the links from the resource boxes and place the raw URL from the author bio. That's the reason why you see a raw link going back to our site in some of the article URLs.
We have now removed the article submission part from this package. Instead, we have included 150+ high quality wiki posts, which will give more value in terms of results we get.
I had replied to your ticket. Hope you received it. We will send you the new list of wiki URLs in next couple of days.

We have made some changes to this package. We've removed article submissions and have included high PR wiki posts to the mix which will give better value for money than article submissions.
Please note these changes, if you're an existing client and are looking to place a repeat order. New orders will not contain article submissions.

Never heard about my wiki posts.
This is too bad because large parts of this service, like the reports, are stellar.
Unfortunately, I didn't really get any significant amount of indexed links, which, at the end of the day, is what counts.

I did get my wiki posts, so this looks like a service that's normally good, but perhaps the OP was a little overextended when I made my order. As I mentioned earlier, the reports are stellar, and the writing isn't bad for this type of service, so it's a good value. My only remaining concern is that the indexing rate is a bit low, especially for the ELGG posts.
